Okay, so Adobe Animate didn't fix my pressure sensitivity, but they've got this new vector brush tool that looks promising.

Update: Nevermind, it doesn't work as well as I hoped. On the bright side though, it looks like they've improved the regular brush to where it's not caving in on itself while I'm drawing curved lines.
