Rand Paul

Now first of all, I have to let you all know that this picture is for the most part, traced from a photograph. I will not deny that it was traced and that it is not entirely my artwork. The original photo this is derived from is Here. I did make some changes to his mouth and obviously some stylistic changes. I basically just followed the contours of his face with my tablet and put it on a black background.

Now for the explanation: This is part of a project for my politics class where our group picks a candidate and we do our own campaign for them. One of the things we have to do is make four campaign posters. As of now I've made two others which are just mixed and matched photos of him, which I'm not going to post. This one however I decided to try an artistic approach and I loved it so I posted it.

Although, I can't quite say it really looks like him. I don't think I got his mouth right.
