Abandoned by customer. I thought it was turning out really good so I went ahead and finished it to sell. I can sell it as-is, or you can request for me to add to it.
Base price: $3 to send you the file as-is (The shaded dragon figure with no background)
To request for me to modify it to your preference:
To add custom markings: +$1
To add/change a body part (Different tail, Wings, Horns, Etc.): +$1
To add One of These Backgrounds: No extra charge
To add a new custom background: +$1
Simple animation: +$2
Complex animation: +$3
For example, if you want me to add custom markings, wings, and a custom background, the total would be $6
